University of California Cooperative Extension-sponsored workshop on how small farmers can comply with food safety regulations. The workshop was held today at Northern Valley Catholic Social Service in Redding.

"I'm definitely interested in learning and doing everything that's required," said Redding grower Mary Ocasion, who hosted a demonstration of food safety practices on her farm in the afternoon.
