A crusading journalist has died

Andrew Breitbart is dead at 43. From Hugh Hewitt's blog:
Andrew Breitbart was indeed a happy warrior, one of the greatest innovators of new media who has, since the dawn of new media, been using it to push aside old media and left-wing activists in order to advance freedom.
[...]

He will be greatly missed by his wonderful wife and children, by his hundreds of friends across the country, and by all sincere believers in crusading journalism.

For every enemy, Andrew had ten friends, and for every critic, a score of accomplishments they could never begin to approach much less match. He will be greatly missed.
